Our walk-in hours are designed for established patients who need quick support without the need to schedule an appointment. Whether you need a hearing aid cleaning, help with Bluetooth connectivity, or just need to purchase supplies, we’re here to help. You can also drop off or pick up hearing aids sent in for repair.
If you’re unsure whether your visit is appropriate for walk-in hours, feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to point you in the right direction. If your needs require more in-depth care, we’ll help you schedule an appointment.

Walk-in hours are available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for established patients needing hearing aid cleanings, minor repairs, or supplies—no appointment necessary. Fridays are by appointment only.
During walk-in hours, one of our qualified team members will be available to assist you with basic hearing aid maintenance and supply needs—no appointment necessary.
