Madeleine recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a concentration in Product & Brand Management. She is continuing her education at the VCU Brandcenter, pursuing a master’s degree to further her expertise in branding and strategy. While at VCU, she was actively involved in organizations such as Women in Business and the Business Mentoring Program.

She joined Hanover Audiology in 2019 and has since become an integral part of the team. Madeleine oversees all aspects of patient care—from scheduling appointments and assisting with hearing aid service, to supporting staff and welcoming new patients. She is also the creative mind behind our website content, ensuring it reflects the high standard of care we provide.

Outside of work and school, Madeleine enjoys crafting, yoga, traveling, and—of course—studying.
